Our 360 Degree Feedback Tool
The Chaos Game has developed its own 360 degree feedback tool to support its leadership development work.
In modern, less hierarchical and more networked organisations, 360 degree feedback tools can provide recipients with valuable insights from a range of stakeholders (subordinates, peers, supervisors, clients, customers, suppliers and so on) into how they are exercising their leadership now and how they could exercise it differently in order to be more effective.
Our instrument has been designed in accordance with the best practice guidelines provided by the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in terms of flexibility, clarity, confidentiality, information security and access to people with disabilities. Specifically, results are interpreted and fed back to recipients by a skilled executive coach who is able to help the individual leader to create a personal development plan which is focused on securing measurable improvements in performance.
